Welcome to our Project Manager-family at Columbus!
Who are we? We define ourselves as the "Connecting Dots" in a project. But that doesn't mean that we are the brain behind all the hard work. As Project Managers we have the overall responsibility in a project. Our vision is that we want everyone to feel beyond satisfied when a project is finished - the customer as well as the project team. We are passionate about taking us on challenging projects - that is how we learn and get the opportunity to develop!

Why we love working at Columbus
-
The best part about my job is the people. Both the collaboration with customers and collegues. We have a great a connection and an open climate. The reason I applied to Columbus was because I got a tip from an employee at Columbus. Then I had an scheduled interview with a manager at Columbus on a Friday afternoon, where he asked me ”Who schedules a meeting at 4pm on a Friday?”. That saying confirmed my feeling that there is a work-life balance at Columbus.

"I appreciate that we are working in an in-house team, it makes it much more simple to build a team-relationship. The better every member of the project knows eachother and the method - the faster, more fun and better projects you will accomplish. You can focus more on the customer and to create value in the project”.
