Business Central Developer
Mid-Senior
We’re looking for an experienced Business Central Developer (Mid/Senior) to join our growing team and support exciting projects across Europe. In this role, you will work on implementations, customizations, and integrations, collaborating closely with consultants and developers across Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Germany and the UK.
📍 Remote from Poland | Long-term B2B contract | International projects
Key responsibilities
- Analyze development tasks and project requirements.
- Design, develop, and test Business Central solutions.
- Perform unit testing.
- Collaborate closely with PMs, BC consultants, solution architects, and other developers.
- Contribute to support-related tasks (debugging, troubleshooting).
- Participate in workshops and planning sessions (occasional business travel, always planned in advance).
What we’re looking for
✔️ Must-haves
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Business Central/NAV development experience.
- Strong AL programming skills and familiarity with modern BC versions.
- Strong communication skills and fluent English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently with strong ownership of tasks.
- Experience working in distributed, international teams.
➕ Nice to have
- Azure integrations and cloud functionality.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Industry knowledge in e.g. manufacturing, life sciences, or professional services.
- Interest in AI tools (e.g., Co-Pilot).
