Hello! Are you newly graduated or looking for a new exciting opportunity? Then you've come to the right place.
You will read about Linus & Moa who attended the international program in 2019, and Carsten who attended in 2018. They were all unfamiliar with M3 when they first heard about the program – but after reading what Columbus had to offer and what the program included they didn't hesitate to apply. Hear their story and their thoughts on the program!
First things first – what was included in the program?

By the end of the program, we got to focus on a specific orientation and were given the opportunity to run a smaller project. It was very appreciated, and very exciting. One part of the program was also learning about consultancy and best practices in how to support and guide the customer, and also what it’s like to represent Columbus.

First of all, we got to learn about the different modules in M3 which I would say was the best part of the program. But it wasn't all about the technical aspects, it was also learning about how to be a good consultant as well as socializing with other trainees and colleagues. There were great opportunities to build up a solid network, which was a kickstart into the organization.

What was the best part about the program?
"In addition to everything we learned in M3, the program meant a fantastic interaction, which made it possible to build up a fantastic network of contacts. Something I will use for a long time to come.".
"We got to know each other very well and we shared the entire journey together. When I attended the program, no one had previous experience in M3 which meant that we learned everything for the first time together.".

Any advice to our future Accelerators?
”Enjoy the program – don’t be too stressed! It may be confusing at first but you will get the hang of it. Don’t hesitate to ask questions, the M3-team is there for you if you need anything. No one is expecting you to know everything immediately – things take time. Embrace the support of your colleagues because they do want to help you develop and learn what M3 has to offer”.
"Besides learning the technical parts of M3, I believe the most important thing is to socialize with the others that attend. It's a great opportunity to build new relationships and have a lot of fun along the way!"
