The role as Solution Architect
Being a Solution Architect can sometimes be lonely, being the one responsible for the solution and making sure it's future-proofed and adaptable to other systems and frameworks. The one being responsible for guiding the customer to the best solution with limited time and budget. It can be challenging sometimes. Don't you agree?
But! The Solution Architect role is also really fun - you get to work closely with your project team and your customer. You get to be that person who gets the customer to realize that what they wanted from the beginning was really not what they wanted. You help them unravel what they actually need and get to build and implement a solution that creates value for the customer and the customer's customer.
At Columbus, you will be responsible for your solutions, but you won't be alone. You will be supported by your team, and help is always a message on Slack away and your colleagues are eager to share their experiences. We got your back. 💪🏻

Who are we looking for?
😎 5 years of working experience as a Developer or Solutions Architect with .NET - extra points if you have worked within e-commerce!
👩🏻🤝🧑🏻 Team player who likes to work on projects together with colleagues.
🤠 Experience in working with the application life cycle and a holistic approach to the solution
🧐 Higher education - Computer Science or related field.
🎨 You are curious (like us) and enjoy guiding the customers through their digital journey and acting as a "trusted digital advisor."
👨🏫 Experience in consulting or other customer-facing work.
You will guide the customer to the right solution, and engage in presales and workshop activities with your colleagues.
