Data & AI is one of the fastest-growing areas at Columbus. And one of the most exciting. We have a global network of over 100 D&A consultants who work together to deliver the best solutions for our customers. Our projects are in business intelligence, AI, and machine learning. We also collaborate closely with our other business areas like Columbus Dynamics, Columbus M3, and Digital Commerce.
We have a culture shaped by teamwork, innovation, and opportunity. Our consultants are experts in their field, but also down-to-earth, open to new ideas, and always willing to share their knowledge.

A major reason I joined Columbus was the opportunity to work with both project deliveries and new technology. I enjoy being part of a team that drives solutions forward together. What I love about my workplace is that we have such a vast and broad knowledge about most things IT related. There is a clear sense of knowledge sharing between departments and colleagues which enables you to grow in your own role as a consultant. I appreciate that there is always a challenge open for me accept if I choose to do so. If I would like to grow in certain areas the opportunity will almost always be made available to me. I feel that there is a great deal of autonomy in my career progression while I at the same time also can be guided to paths I might not have thought of myself. In our teams we value everyone's opinion, it doesn't matter if you are regarded as a Junior, Senior or Principal. If you have an idea on how to solve present challenges you will be listened to.
